Certificate Artwork

A little off-subject, but I have spent the last couple of days working on some artwork for a certificate. What set out as a fairly simple project ended up with a lot of pixel-pushing. To save anybody else some hard work (Pending my ISP's bandwidth restrictions) I have uploaded a fully changeable, vector EPS of the artwork to download and use as you please, just drop me an email and let me know where you use it.
