Toshiba M200 / PC World... ...A result could be on the horizon...

Just a quick update on the PC World saga, after 9 weeks their customer service team have agreed to replace my laptop- fantastic news! I won't celebrate until the goods are actually received but as it stands it looks as though customer service may have prevailed, what a great win/ win result!
